What happens if something is damaged?
We inspect the home after every checkout. Any damage is documented with photos and claimed through the booking platform or the guest’s security deposit, and we arrange repairs with our trusted technicians.
Do I need a licence to rent my apartment short term?
Yes. Holiday homes in Dubai must be registered with the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). As a licensed operator, we manage the registration for you.
How do payouts work?
Income is collected from guests and platforms, our fee and agreed costs are deducted, and the balance is paid to your bank account each month with a full statement.
What are your fees?
Our fee is a percentage of the rental income, so we only earn when you do. The exact rate depends on your property and is confirmed in your free revenue estimate.
Can I still use my apartment?
Of course. Simply block the dates you want in advance and the home will be ready for you, just as it would be for a guest.
